The beater is stuck on my mixer, what should I do?
unplug the unitand apply heat to expand the metal, such as wrapping a warm, wet cloth around the attachment shaft for 10 minutes. If it remains stuck, apply mineral oil to the shaft, wait a few minutes, then tap the attachment gently with a rubber mallet to release it
When do I pay
After we finish working on your machine we will email you an invoice and instructions.
Payment must be made before the mixer is dispatched.
Why is my KitchenAid mixer not mixing the bottom of the bowl?
The beater-to-bowl clearance likely needs adjustment. A "dime test" is often recommended to check if the beater is too high.
